1. Inference stack

Local first. Lemonade agent (Reins app) on Mauro's Tailscale node, OpenAI-compatible. Images → RTX 4070 (12 GB); text → NPU on maurotufgamingp; bulk text → local Qwen.
Frontier via API only when local can't: Venice (frontier/uncensored), Gemini API (Argon tier), Ollama Cloud inside free windows.
Complete control of the whole path. Never silently reroute.
